At BFI, we’re taking care of the migration for you, so there’re no actions that you need to take in order to start using the new Client Portal platform. All 2021 documents will be there by December 31, 2021.
How long will the Legacy (original) Client Portal be available?
Starting January 1, 2022 we will no longer be adding documents to the Legacy Portal. Our Legacy Client Portal login link will remain active on our website until January 31, 2022 and will then be phased out.
Keep an eye out for an email with the link!
This change will take some time on our end, so keep a lookout for an email with a link to get started (be sure to check junk/spam folders).
If your account hasn’t yet been migrated to the new system, you may continue to use the Legacy Client Portal (also located at the top of our website).
